How to play
The Skyline Topia wiki explains everything step by step: roads, homes and services, production, buildings, trade, levels, neighbourhoods, events and Diamonds. It is in 16 languages.
Signing in
Your city is saved to your account, so you can play on any device: on the website, in the Android app and in the iPhone and iPad app. Sign in with the same account everywhere.
- E-mail and password work everywhere.
- Apple, Google or Facebook work on the website and in the iPhone and iPad app (iOS 17.4 or later). The same Apple, Google or Facebook account always opens the same city.
- Signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email? Your account uses Apple's private relay address; our e-mails still reach you.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in card, tap Sign in and then Forgot your password?. Enter your e-mail address and we send you a link to choose a new one. No e-mail? Look in your spam folder, or try again in a minute.
Purchases
Diamonds and packs are added to your city right after the purchase. Something missing? Close the game and open it again; if it is still missing, e-mail us with the time of the purchase. Refunds: see our Terms and Refunds.
Deleting your account
In the game, open Settings, tap Profile and choose Delete account…. Your account and your city are deleted straight away. Signed in with Apple? We also ask Apple to remove Skyline Topia from "Sign in with Apple" in your Apple Account. More in our Privacy Policy.
