Your account

Your city is saved to your account, so you can play on any device. Sign in with Google, Facebook or your e-mail address.

Change your mayor name on your profile (Settings → Profile). In Settings you also pick the language, graphics and sound, and send feedback or report a bug.

Signed up with e-mail or Google and want to sign in with Facebook too? Link it under Settings → Profile → Link Facebook. A Facebook account with the same e-mail address opens the same city by itself.

Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot your password?” when you sign in and we e-mail you a link. Read how we handle your data in the Privacy Policy.

Avatars and titles

Tap your picture to choose an avatar. Some open with your level or by reaching a goal, such as upgrades or days played; season avatars come with the Season Pass. Titles from the Season Pass show under your name in the chat.

Settings and notifications

Want a nudge when your goods are ready or your City Bank is full? Switch on notifications in Settings. On iPhone and iPad, first add the game to your home screen.

The server keeps time in UTC: events, the daily chest and the weekly agenda follow it. Day and night in your city follow your own clock; in Settings you can switch to server time, or always day or night.

Play Skyline Topia as an app: in Settings, choose to install it on your phone or computer. It opens full screen, without the browser bar.

Privacy and deleting

Cookies: we only use analytics and advertising cookies if you accept them. Change your choice at any time under Settings → Cookie settings or at the bottom of the page.

Want to stop? Settings → Profile → Delete account removes your account and your city for good.
