Short answers to what mayors ask most.

Why do many residents pay so few taxes?: Each resident pays 0.08 coins a minute, and above 30 coins a minute only 10% of the rest counts, so big cities grow more slowly. Most of your coins come from upgrading homes, orders and the market. Tap your coins to see it all.
Why does my home not upgrade?: A home needs a road, every service its next tier asks for, happiness of at least 35 and the goods it asks for, and you need the level for that tier. Tap your residents to see what holds your homes back.
Does anything cost upkeep?: No. Roads and buildings cost nothing to keep. Coins only go out when you build, buy land, expand storage or slots, or upgrade buildings.
My Storage is full. What now?: Upgrade it with Storage parts, sell what you have too much of at the Market or to the traders, or use goods to upgrade homes.
How do I get more Diamonds?: Level up, open the daily chest every day, finish the daily tasks, Medal trades, events and your neighbourhood chest, and invite friends. Diamonds, boosts and VIP
Is my city saved?: Yes, on our server with your account, every few seconds. Sign in on another device and play on.
Why do I have to confirm a purchase?: Anything that costs more than 50 Diamonds asks for a yes first, so a tap by mistake never spends a lot.
